Guys google has just released an update to the Gmail app for the Android! It adds various new features which includes new swipe gestures and pinch-to-zoom. Pinch-to-zoom is a feature which allow you to zoom in the mails and read the mails without any squinting, and the new gestures let you to archive or delete a mail easily and quickly by just swiping right or left.
Various features that are brought in this most recently updated are the ones which have been strongly yearned by the users of android. Besides from the new gestures and pinch-to-zoom, google has also introduced new kind of ability to ‘auto-fit’ a message to your mobile’s screen. This also brings a new thumbnail view for the attached videos and images.
To use the updated Gmail application, the users want to enable some settings. You can also customize the new gestures. The new version of Gmail for Android app is available only for the phones running with the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich system or higher.
