The Chicago-based firm, Groupon launches a new version of its Breadcrumb POS app for iPad, which is aimed at helping business owners to track the preferences of their clients and to keep an eye on how their employees are working.
The update brings a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that can easily identify your best customers and understands them in a better way by storing their contact info, figuring out their purchase behaviors and jot down the notes on their preferences.
Managers can even use the app to set roles for individual team members and can also assign particular transactions or customers to them in-store. Moreover, the app also provides the ability to monitor tips and commissions, to filter sales and easily download product reports.
The app also allows users to take the advantage of the iPad’s built-in camera to scan barcodes of different products, fire up transactions and to upload their own images to the menu to personalize the interface for their own products and brands.
The latest version of Breadcrumb POS app is available in the Apple App Store and is compatible with only iPad that run on iOS version 6.0 or above.
