The brilliant Evernote-unified clipping and highlighting app on iOS, Lightly has just got a major revamp, adding a couple of new features.
Lightly was launched last July on iOS and received its first revamp in the month of September, with which it was modernized for iOS 7. Now the app has received its second revamp, which brings 2 new features.
First up, the revamped version brings support for geotag, which allows users to save their location when highlighting as well as saving articles. As a result, users can now find articles based on location in Evernote, which was revamped with a Places feature two months ago. Moreover, this feature also enables the app to run in background without any time limit.
Furthermore, the update also brings power saving mode. With this mode, the app is set to instantly shut down itself when your device in in sleep mode.
