The renowned communication service, Line, has just got a significant update with a slew of new features, including support for video calls. The update is available for both iOS and Android versions.
The latest version of Line brings support for video calls, which is now available on all the major platforms, such as iOS, Android and desktop. Users can smoothly toggle between voice and video anytime during the call at their convenience.
Both the iOS and Android versions have got the following features in common:
- Support for video calls.
- Added ‘Albums’ section which lets users to create and edit their photo albums with a pal or in groups.
- Enhanced the Home feature to enable privacy settings for individual posts.
- A new functionality has been added to remove users from your hidden users & blocked users lists.
In addition to the aforementioned features, iOS version has got a new feature called ‘Snap Movie’. This is a Vine-like feature that enables users to record 4-10 sec videos with their desired background music, which can then be submitted to their in-app timeline. This feature will be launched on Android soon. Furthermore, the iOS version has also got support for iOS 7.
iOS and Android users can download the latest version of Line from Apple App Store and Google Play Store respectively.
