The popular instant messaging app, Line has been revamped to version 4.0. The latest version of the app brings a brand-new iOS 7-inspired design and a slew of significant enhancements.
The latest iOS 7-inspired design is now simple and flat, with support for the Apple’s latest OS signature ‘swipe-to-go-back-to-previous-screen’ navigation gesture. Moreover, the update also brings a new Theme Shop as well as Edit Messages chatroom option, which allows users to remove messages, forward messages, or save messages to the in-app Notes feature.
The revamp also brings enhancements to the chatroom sticker input display window, which now shows the most recently downloaded stickers on the top. Furthermore, the update also includes the following features:
- Upgraded the quality of free voice calls.
- Now the app displays an error message when you are not connected to a network.
- Added a couple of new notification tones.
- Minor bug fixes and enhancements.
Line for Android has also been updated with the same features (except the iOS 7-inspired design) few days ago.
