Sony has unleashed a smart PlayStation app on both iOS and Android platforms. This app allows users to connect their device with PlayStation 4, which will roll in later this week.
This app allows users to manage the PlayStation Network right from their device. Even if your PlayStation is far afield from you, you will be able to compare your game progress and check out what your buddies are on, view profiles, chat with your dear ones, get key notifications, alerts for games, and send and receive invitations.
You can even navigate through the PlayStation store, purchase your favorite games and add-ons while you are away from the console, and then push them to PS4. Furthermore, you can also utilize your smartphone/tablet as an on-screen keyboard to manage your PS4 and get access to PlayStation guides, helpful manuals, and official PlayStation blog, to view recent news and tips.
iOS and Android users can download the PlayStation app from the links given below. iOS app works with iDevices running on iOS 6.0 or above, while Android version is compatible with devices powered by Android 4.0 or above firmware.
