GitHub Releases a New Mobile Site Design

The online hosting service for software development projects, GitHub has recently rolled out a new mobile site design. This allows users to browse repositories directly from their smart devices.


This release allows you to browse repositories calmly. Bleikamp, GitHub designer says that the new design offers an extremely smooth browsing experience for users.

Bleikamp also explains that GitHub’s mobile site do not allow users to develop things, but it is ideal  to browse and view the content. Instead, it focuses on the snappy viewing of blobs, history views, issues, repositories, pull requests and many.
