The popular note-taking service, Evernote has refurbished its native Windows touch application. The latest version brings several new features including modernized hub page and Evernote Business support.
The updated version brings a new start screen that is been specially designed to fit core navigation items and various account content that most commonly needed by a user.
The screen has been organized into different sections, including an option to ‘Create’ that allows users to create notes, snapshots or to start off things via file attachment. Other sections include recent activity, notes list, shortcuts, tags and notebooks.
The update also brings support for Evernote Business that is similar to the iOS and Android counterparts. Now you can access your business content using ‘Business Library’ category under the section ‘Get More’. You can view your personal stuff as well as business contents within the notebook section.
To secure your data properly, the app is providing a 2-step verification. Now this additional security step ensures that the person signing in is the genuine owner of that particular account.
The latest version of Evernote is downloadable via Windows Store for free.
