Few months back, Twitter app for Windows Phone 8 has received a big update, but lacked support for new photo filters that had been recently released to both iOS and Android platforms. This time, Twitter has included support for new photo filters support in its latest update.
The latest version provides an upgraded tweet composition activity to users, which includes photo filters functionality. This allows users to tap on the camera icon to take a snap or draw an image from their camera roll and apply 1 of 8 newly added image filters.
The update also includes Vine integration, which lets users to watch videos (that are uploaded through Vine) within the tweets in timeline. Additional to this, the update also brings a new integrated composer, allowing you to compose tweets.
WP 8 device users can even save their favorite tweeted images, and also share images to Twitter account via device’s camera. Additionally, the update also provides lens app integration along with performance upgrades and bug fixes.
Users can download the updated version of Twitter app from Windowsphone App Store for free. This app works with the Windows phone 8 and Windows phone 7.5 devices.
